ADMISSION CRITERIA OF MONTESSORI – I (PRE-SCHOOL) 2012-13

Application forms can be submitted online on the school website www.bbpsrohini.org from 2 nd January 2012 to 16 th January 2012. The last date for submission of online confirmations is 17 th January 2012 in the school office till 12.00 noon.

ELIGIBILITY :
Age : 3 + as on 1 st April, 2012.

TRANSPORT
The school owns a fleet of buses for providing transport facilities to the students on selected routes. For safety of children, there are teacher incharges in the bus.

POLICY FOR ADMISSION TO PRE-SCHOOL 2012-13

The selection of the children from each category (other than Discretionary) will be done by Draw of Lots.

Notes :

1. In case seats of any category are not filled these will be allotted to General Category.

2. The seats for the General Category will be declared after allotting seats for staff wards.

3. Excluding the discretionary category and EWS in all other categories 50% of seats will be allotted to boys and 50% to girls.

IMPORTANT DATES

Note : The Entire process of application is to be online excluding EWS.

Parents will submit Confirmation forms along with a Pay Order / Demand Draft (D.D.) of Rs. 100/- in favour of Bal Bharati Public School, Rohini.

P.S. : Application Forms to be given after verification of Income Proof Certificate issued by Sub-Divisional Magistrate.

Draw for EWS Candidates (if required) will be held on Friday, the 27 th January 2012 at 10.00 a.m. in the School Premises in the presence of the applicants.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION FOR VERIFICATION (For General & EWS Category)

1. Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate of Child issued by Municipal Authority.
2. Attested Photocopy of Parent (s) Voters Identity Card / Ration Card / Passport / Electricity Bill / House Tax Receipt etc.
3. Recent Coloured Passport size Photograph of the Child.
4. Proof of validate Sibling Applications i.e photocopy of latest fee slip of real brother / sister studying in BBPS, Rohini.
5. Certificate attested by Area SDM to validate applications applied under EWS Category.
6. Proof of Old Student of Bal Bharati Public School i.e photocopy of Class XII School Leaving Certificate. (Parents)
