RULES
FOR PAYMENT
(i) Fee is payable
for 12 months irrespective of the date of admission.
(ii) Payment should be made between the 1st and the 20th of the
1st month of each quarter.
MODE
OF PAYMENT OF FEES :
Fees may be paid
only by crossed cheque or demand draft in favour of Bal Bharati
Public School, Rohini between 8.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. in the school
office. However the 1st fee at the time of admission is to be paid
only through a demand draft.
TRANSPORT
FEE :
Charges are payable
for 11 months.
Amount to be deposited alongwith the school fees for every quarter.
FINE
FOR LATE PAYMENT OF FEES :
1.Rs.
50/- for payment made after notified date till 10th of the 2nd month
of the quarter.
2.Rs.
200/- for payment made between 11th of the 2nd month till the 10th
of the 3rd month of the quarter.
3.Rs. 500/- for payment made after the 11th
of the 3rd month to the last day of the quarter.
4.In case the fee bill is lost/misplaced,
a duplicate bill will be issued only after the 20th of the 1st month
of the quarter.
5.The name of the student will be struck off
the rolls if the fee is not paid by the end of the quarter.Re-admission
can be secured only with the approval of the head of the school.
Re-admission fee will be charged.
6.Cheques returned by the bank for any reason
will be treated as non-payment andfresh payment is to be made by
Bank Draft, together with relevant fine as mentioned above plus
Rs. 100/- for cheque being returned.
